Where are MAY ADE clothes made?

MAY ADE clothes are designed and produced here in the U.S.A.  by our lead designer who oversees everything from production to packaging.

What do you mean by cut and sewn to order?

Some garments are only available on a cut and sew basis. This is where garments are only produced once ordered. If this is specified on a garment, please allow 10-14 days before your garment is shipped. Once your order is shipped you will get a notification.

What customizations are available?

Since some of our garments are cut and sewn to order, we can do minor sizing changes upon request. If you see a fabric that you like in one design and would like it in another design that we offer, we can do that too! Just send an email to info@mayade.co with your request and we can take it from there.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order up 24 hours after you have placed it.  Just send an email to info@mayade.co.

Do you offer discounts on purchases?

Yes, we do for special holidays, events or promotions. Please sign up to our newsletter and you will be notified when discounts are available.

How do I know how much my order is in my local currency?

There is currency converter tab on top right-hand side of our website which allows you to convert to your local currency.  If you do not see your local currency, please email us at info@mayade.co and we will get back to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally shipped the same day or following business day after your order is placed. Standard domestic shipping is free and will arrive between 4-7 business days. International shipping varies and can take anywhere between 6-14 business days.  

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer free returns at the moment. Once you have received your order and for any reason you would like to return it, you can do so within 14 days. However, cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer.

What if I notice the personal information I entered is incorrect?

No problem, this can be rectified. Just send an email to info@mayde.co and we will make the necessary changes. However, the sooner you notify us, the quicker we can make the changes before your order is shipped.

What if an item is out of stock?

Our garments limited edition and unfortunately once an item is out of stock, we will not be producing it again.
